David and Linda Kerr

Both long-time residents of China Spring, David farms in the China Spring community and is retired from the City of Waco. Linda, retired from Baylor University, maintains their various rental properties, including Cougar Storage.

Also long-time resident, their son Dean provides assistance when needed, with the help of the real boss - Angel.
